5 natural drinks to help you with congestes sinuses and sore throat during allergies season

Seasonal allergies are a nightmare! Sneezing, coughing, watery eyes and stuffiness can make "just getting by," a chore. If you are exhausted from battling the sneezes, try a few of these natural recipes to help ease some of the symptoms. You may also want to keep these recipes handy for the next time you catch a cold! 
1. Turmeric and ginger tea
Turmeric and ginger both offer natural relief for inflammation, according to Health and Natural World. In addition, Turmeric is great for digestion and ginger can help aid in pain relief.

You'll need 1 cup of water, with 1 teaspoon of freshly grated turmeric and ginger roots (or 1/3 teaspoon of ground ginger and 1/3 teaspoon of ground turmeric). 
2. Garlic, honey and lemon tea. 
If your throat is feeling a bit hoarse, try this vitamin-laden tea. The tea can help ease symptoms and get your back on your feet faster. 
For the recipe from The Nourishing Gourmet you will need 6 to 12 cloves of garlic (use less if it gives you tummy troubles), crushed and peeled; honey and juice from one lemon. You can even add a bit of coconut oil for an extra boost. 
3. Pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar drink
If you have a stuffy nose and your throat is feeling icky, try this recipe from the Healthy Food House. Ingredients like turmeric, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice help reduce inflammation and ease pain. 
For this recipe you will need:
1 pinch of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon finely grated ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup boiling water
*Optional: 1 drop of colloidal silver fin
4. Oregano tea
If you are feeling a little sinus pressure, head to the kitchen and grab the popular Italian-recipe ingredient, Oregano. This recipe from Abranchiate should set for a few minutes, but sipping the tea and inhaling the steam can help clear up sinuses in a snap. 
Combine 1 to 2 teaspoons of oregano with a cup of boiling water and sip, slowly. Be aware that the flavor may take a little getting used to. 
5. Tomato tea

2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed

hot sauce (as much as you can stand)
Boiling water
