6+ all-natural remedies that help sweeten bad breath

1. Saline rinse. One of the causes of bad breath is bacteria in your mouth. Dr. Lin says to kill the bacteria by using a saline rinse. Make your own by combining 1/2 teaspoon salt with a cup of warm water.
