Get relief for foot and heel pain with this doctor's helpful technique

Do you suffer from inflammation along the bottom of the foot? This is called plantar fasciitis. It's painful, but there's no need for surgery. In a YouTube video, Dr. Donald DeFabio shows you the cure to ask your doctor for.
In the Graston Technique, a physical or operational therapist, athletic trainer, or chiropractor uses a stainless steel instrument to breakdown scar tissue and create elasticity in the foot. This method drives blood into the foot and promotes healing. During a session, a clinician will use the same technique on the calves. This is important, because loose, elastic calves prevent the foot from curling the wrong way. Following the therapy, a clinician will wrap the foot in two types of tape with the goal of taking pressure off the plantar fasciitis.
