Inner-Thigh Press-Lie on your back with your knees bent. Place a rubber ball in between your knees and press. This gauges your thigh muscles and offers just the right resistance to encourage quick toning.
Wide-Stance Arm Swing-Start with your legs slightly apart and a dumbbell held out in front of you. Complete the move by lifting the weight and lowering your body into a squat. This move forces the inner thigh to extend and strengthen.
