A refreshing glass of cranberry juice helps promote heart health, among other benefits. According to Health, be sure to drink cranberry juice -- not the sugary cranberry juice cocktail -- and even then limit quantities because it is acidic, and too much can be harsh on digestion. 
7. Eggs 
The high concentration of protein is what makes eggs a great option for people watching their weight. Eating Well indicates that the protein helps people feel fuller and develop lean muscle.
